I have a client that has an open claim with bodily injury. Incumbent insurance company is getting off coverage at renewal. I am looking for an insurance company that will insure my client with a $5mil umbrella policy with an open claim.

Thank you for your help on this Nancy, Julian and Vanessa. I have approached World Wide Facilities. We will see what the outcome is.

Julian,
No reserves set. State Farm to pay $250K. Medical bills are currently $360K.
Scottsdale is primary $5mil, was not approved to renew. Effective until June 28.
Hudson is excess of $5mil, this policy has been approved to renew.
