My client currently runs a day care center at her home. She has 6 children as of now that she watches but is looking to bring more in. She is licensed and will also be hiring a Teacher's Aid to help, she will not need workers comp for the aid. She is only looking for liability.

We need a market that can help write this risk.

If you have West Bend in your area, they have a very good program for this risk

Try Markel. They bought Thomco a few years ago and continued the program Thomco had for in-home day care that was slot rated and on-line.

Philadelphia is also a good market for free standing day care, but I am not certain how competitive they are for in-home

Allied General is another posibility
