Hey Everyone!

I have a client who is looking to reopen their family owned restaurant. They are being non-renewed due to a fire they had just under a year ago. They are looking for a package policy that will cover both their GL and property. They do have a sign that is attached to the outside of their building. Does anyone know of a company that would be able to help?

Does anyone know who may carry voluntary WC for carpenters in the state of MA? We have gone to several Surplus lines carriers but they end up not being able to help. Our client has plenty of experience but only 2 years of loss runs. There has to be some company out there writing voluntary WC...
