Does anyone know of a program (Package Prop-GL) available for Affordable Housing (HUD) in the State of PA other than MiddleOak And Philadelphia?

Try NIF Governmental they have a Housing Authority program not sure if they write in Pa. 516-365-7440

Hello Israel,

NIF writes a complete package for Affordable housing in our Program for Social, Health and Community Services. Our Governmental program does have an appetite for Housing Authorities in PA. But, HUD's tend to be placed in our our admitted Social, Health and Community Services program underwritten for Liberty Mutual or Everest National.
