Ask Your Peers Manufactured Home Insurance (Closed)

Looking for a market that can help with an AZ manufactured risk. What's making this difficult is the client's had two water losses and one other loss in the last 3yrs so my typical markets such as American Summit, American Modern, & Aegis won't touch it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Cam,

This is for a personal risk, home is located in a 55+ community and her prior policy with AMFAM was non-renewed on the 1st so she's in a panic.
