Where would you write a DIY Garage - basically it is a garage the a car nut can rent for a day or longer to work on his vehicle - it has the Lift in it for him to use - they have a wavier to sign but not sure how to cover this or who writes it.

Amanda, on a risk like this, it will be required that an ASE certified tech to be on site to operate the lift...otherwise finding coverage will be nearly impossible.
