General Liability Insurance   Bedbug coverages?  

On the topic of Commercial clients’ needs for supplemental coverages to their GL, I saw an article on Yahoo Finance last week about Bedbug coverage.

Remember the fiasco in NYC last summer? Lots of losses to tourist destinations and even retail outlets after the news spread (like a virus!).

The article says that this threat is back for the summer, and mentions the Dallas area in particular this time. The boutique products that address this risk are out there, and they are apparently doing a brisk business (Willis, in the article).

Just another example of a named exclusion that definitely would need a specific coverage.
