Real Estate Investor with over 90 properties wants a 5 Million Umbrella policy. However, he rents some of his properties to undergrad and graduate students.

I have some possibilities... e-mail me a submission. Need ACORD Umbrella App, spreadsheet schedule with underwriting details, loss runs (Spreadsheet by year with losses & loss ratio) Details of any large losses, copy of underlying quotes or policies.

Ken,

Thank you for the response. I will get everything together and send it all your way! He has the properties under 3 different Named Insured and multiple policies-one is a trust, one is a LLC, and one him and his wife. Would we need 3 separate policies?

Is the underlying on three separate policies? Most likely 3 separate since their is NOT common ownership between the three entities. Submit it that way and if there is a chance to combine them, we will do it that way.
