I believe that Southern Oak will write ASBESTOS but NOT Asbestos Shingles. I don't think the LBP is an issue. Do you have an appt with them??

Asbestos Siding is OK but NOT asbestos shingles, I referred to my notes.

Thanks. I think we have a takeout appointment with them. I have to check to see if we have voluntary with them. The other kicker is that it is 800sq feet, 1948 and in Pinellas county. They might a miv coverage of $150k or something.

Cov A is 70k with them. A good 4 point and you might have a fit or refer to me and I will try to help client. We won't touch and other business you might have with them (of course). We can always run and if see if zip is open.
