I can offer you a PEO Solution. SouthEast owns an "A" Rated Carrier. We specialize in your "HARD TO PLACE" Risk. Our Coverage Map is attached. The Minimum Premium for each State is written on the State. VA is 40k. Would they hit near that? I would be delighted to speak with you anytime. Nice residual commissions paid on all leads bound :)
