Hi Johnny,

Aside from NCCI I do know AIG is writing grow facilities, minimum premium starts at $7,500/yr. As for the other lines you can look into James River, Kinsale, and AIG. NextWave Insurance offers an array of products for this industry, you could also consider contacting Colonial General, Worldwide Facilities, and RPS.

Good Luck! I'm in AZ as well so if you need any assistance with this risk give me a ring and I'd be happy to help.

Take Care!

Hi Johnny,

I went and did a market search for the risk you need help with. I was able to find a company that works with Medical Marijuana Dispensary coverage, however they don't write workers compensation. They be able to help get you in touch with a company that does write workers compensation for medical marijuana dispensaries and if you are interested I am sure A.J. Wayne can make sure that you have the proper coverage aside from workers compensation.

Please click here to view A.J Wayne's Medicinal Marijuana Dispensary storefront and call Jason!

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.

Hi Johnny, SouthEast can offer coverage on a "pay as you basis", no contract, no partial premium down. Turnaround is 2 days. I will call you this am!

Hi Johnny, I believe that Guarantee is also writing these. PMC probably has them as do many other wholesalers. SouthEast is a PEO, which is a great option as well. Many businesses that do not want the obligations of doing their own payroll will turn to these type of plans. As payroll is reported, your client would Pay As They Go each month.

Hello Johnny,
I am out of Colorado and have gotten a quote from the underwriter below at Patriot National. The price was competitive to the Colorado marijuana market. They write several states and are growing fast so you may want to reach out to him and ask about AZ. Getting an appointment is easy and the have no premium requirements and pretty standard commissions.
Best of luck - Justin

Thanks for all the help as always!!! I will make some contacts today and tomorrow. Not really looking for PEO though unless stand-alone WC policy doesn't work out.
