Please submit to [email protected]. I will accept Acord and any carrier's supplemental product liability app. Pictures of the product, product brochures or catalog will be needed as well.
We would write their GL with product liability under manufacturing class code (not distribution or wholesale).
Importers are legally considered and held liable as the manufacturer whether or not they are physically manufacturing products.
