I have one 4 story apartment building with 15 units and one 2 1/2 story apartment building with 5 units. Both are vacant and condemned. The current carrier is getting off of them after an inspection they did (no surprise there). We have about 10 days to replace coverage. The Insured is trying to sell these buildings. Does anyone have any ideas for markets? Thanks in advance.... Dave Wix

The ones that I've tried want front and back pictures and are not keen on what I have. Prime Insurance will quote but are at least 10 times the annual cost of premiums for these 2 properties and only willing to offer 6 month policies.
