I have a Temporary Staffing company, start-up, $5M in payroll all under class code 5123 and I cannot use a PEO. Does any one know our a market that can get this one quoted? Also the Insured operated as a contractor in the same field for 2 year under the same FEIN so I can provide some loss runs. My insured has 17+ years experience.

I have quoted these before, but the premium for these types of risks for the carriers with whom I work is 250k. If that is not a deal breaker, feel free to send the risk over.

Our PEO owns an A-Rated Insurance Carrier here in house and we specialize in Construction, Staffing, "your hard to place" risk. If you can not find coverage elsewhere I would be happy to offer you a quote. What is their aversion to PEO?

World Wide Specialty? They write with Zurich but I think the minimum premium is $50k. AIG will do it through a broker out of Illinois, I can't remember the name, I have it though if you need it. [email protected]
