Does anybody know what policies are required for a Condo Association to have in Florida? What other policies would be recommended?

Besides GL and Property, you're going to need D&O, Crime, and Umbrella coverage. Contact Brian Hogge at the McGowan Companies and he can help you out and get you quotes with admitted carriers at a great rate.

When looking for access for those additional coverages such as the Directors and Officers coverage as well as the Crime, be sure to select a wholesaler who specializes in Professional Liability to ensure you are accessing a broad market which will enable you broader coverage and competitive pricing.
