An agency that has engaged my services wants to start placing business with Applied Underwriters. The broker asked for help reviewing the product and help in explaining to him how it works. I think I have it down, how they rate; bill; etc. And it looks great. In a final review, can anyone provide feedback on their experience? Thanks.

WC product is great, but clients have been unhappy with the payroll charges.

Premium is good but we had an insured who cancelled their policy within 6 months due to "extra fees". The insured should figured 1-2% monthly in extra fees to do payroll.
