Our agency specializes in insurance for family entertainment centers. Our WC market is limited to about 11 states. We are looking for a WC market that would be interested in these risks in other states. Our immediate need is Kansas and Missouri. K&K Insurance will write WC but only when they write the package. Since we have our own package program, we only need the WC market. Generally, the governing class codes are 9016 and 9180. Please advise.

I have submitted a search for Workers Compensation in Kansas and Missouri and found a few companies that may be able to help you. Many of them write different types of Workers Comp risks.

Rand, yes, I may have a solution for you. We write for Guarantee Insurance which is owned by Patriot and through Zurich, Torus, Scottsdale, Stonewood and AIG at this point with more carriers to come.
