I was reviewing some different options, and I would suggest reaching out to CITA Insurance Services. They offer a Hotel Insurance Program which also covers Bed and Breakfasts. I wasn't able to confirm if they would consider a Bed and Breakfast with the playground/climbing wall, but you could send an inquiry to Jonathan and see if this is something they would consider.
