Good afternoon,
I have a client in need of warehouse insurance in Houston, Texas to cover the stored property of others -
consisting primarily of new/used automobiles and personal effects. Can anyone recommend a market or wholesaler for this risk?

I assume you do not have direct access to markets like Travelers, Chubb, Hartford, Liberty Mutual, all of whom might take a shot at this depending on the building construction, security, sprinkelerd, etc. and total values in the building. If not them, try the big brokers like RT Specialty, Amwins and Crump.

do you know anyone that can write in NY ? Tapco seemed to indicate that they would do this, but not for me warehouse risk ( not retail ) I million GL limits needed - they are a tenant in a warehouse good client - we insure their 2 commercial trucks - they sell / deliver fruits and vegetables - stored in this warehouse they have 3000 sq ft of the space - 1 million annual sales - needed this yesterday !
