I have a client looking for event (Monterey Calif County Fair ) to have a food booth at fair. The county is requiring a cert of ins 1,000,000 No prior insurance, 15 years managing and working in the rest business. The Fair dates go from august 31st until sept 5th. Any ideas for a market for him? Thank You
