I have a client who is in the process of purchasing an existing building that houses a boarding room business. The property is well maintained and has enough occupancy to be a viable business. There are 24 units in the building that are rented by the day, week and rarely by the month. There are no nursing home renters, no elderly, no disabled or juveniles renting at this property. Current policy has 500,000 - 90%, Cause of loss "special" RC. GL is aggregate 2mil and 1mil per occurrence. P&A excluded - Damage to rented property 100,000 - medical 5,000 - BI/PI deductible 1,000

Property built in 1985, 5360 sq ft - fire district 4 - within the city limits my contact number is 404-537-1717
