I need a market that can provide coverage for a private therapy home based business in addition to general liability. My client owns a home and it is used as a home therapy retreat center for patients who need additional help with physical therapy. They have the option to stay in the home in one of the rooms or they can just come for a session and leave. My client has a physical therapists who work with the patient and they are sub-contracted and my client only handles the administration part of the business.

Hi Denise,

Worldwide Insurance Facilities does a great job for these type of risks. I work with the Los Angeles office and all of underwriters and assistants are wonderful and very responsive. Sounds like you might need PL as well. They sometimes can package PL and GL together depending on the risk. Hope this helps. www.wwfi.com/
