I am looking for a market for the GL for an internet based referral service for seniors and their families when searching for Senior Living, Health Care or Funeral needs. All 50 states.

First I searched for Internet (Cyberspace) Liability in Arizona and there was about 5 different companies that came up in the results. You can view those Here.
The second search I did was more general. I searched for General Liability in Arizona and more than 10 companies came up in this result. You can view them Here. 

You mention this is needed for all 50 states. To check to see what states each company writes in you will click their logo and it will tell you what states that are available. The few that I checked looked like they did offer it in all 50 states.
