Does anyone know of a market that will write a Transportation company which is hauling for a landfill? Operations are in Lousiana. Please advise ASAP!

if you have access to EMC they have in the past. if the account if well managed and losses are under control.

Hi Michelle,
If you've not found another solution by now, your Landfill option try NICO- ie National Indemnity. I'm not sure who is Brokering that in LA, perhaps Johnson and Johnson.
As for the Chip Hauler, NICO is an option for that. Your contact at Empire should be able to help you-they are diligent. If not, and If the clients have experience (5+) and a good record, connect with www.safehold.com or Timbersure.
