Looking for a market that will insure a residential landlord where the main tenant is a non-profit that uses it for transitional housing. The owner is not the NP but leases a majority of the units to the NP (one 8 unit and one 12 unit building). Thoughts? Thanks!

Unfortunately after many attempts I was unable to find a company that writes Transitional Living in Illinois. I do hope the the agent community can be of some help.
