Hi there, I'm looking for coverage for an insured that owns 17 condo units in a much larger complex. Had a $7k claim in 2012. Nothing else in the past 7 years. Mostly need Improvements & Betterments (TI's) and GL/Excess.

It's been with CBIC for 7 years, but they no longer want residential condos. I have some quotes, but price has doubled. I know there are not a lot of preferred markets for residential condos, just wondering whats out there.
