Does anyone know of any programs for a paratransit type of operation that includes HNOA. This account acts as a logistics/tarnsporation broker for calls outside their local area of Nj and does sub work out to other states. Hired costs exceed $1 mil.

Stand alone HNOA cover is OK.

Hi Greg!

Hope you had a great weekend. I did a search for companies that provide coverage for Paratransit in NJ. I found 5 storefronts, but only one of them mentioned being able to write hired/non-owned.

Greg,

I am able to do non medical. I know Zurich has a program administered by Arrowhead, http://www.azarrowhead.com/insurance.php, It has been a while since I looked them up, but they are retail only, meaning I as a Wholesaler cannot access the program.

I would try the AFC Insurance first which Erin recommended and if that does not help contact the guys above and see what they say.

Greg,

I have an MGA who writes on London paper, but it is only non-emergency.

I would have to dig through my files because I stopped writing these due to no carrier willing to pick up the HNOA for any emergency exposures.

Let me know if you have exhausted your other carriers and I can see if I can be of assistance.

It is non-emergency. Currently the GL/Pl is with Hiscox and they won't take on the HNOA. Auto carrier does not have license in all states they set up rides, so we need either another auto market or stand alone HNOA.
