I NEED help who can help me with an account I have been working on forever, they have been declined as no companies want to write it. After the insured and I talking with the PUC, they need coverage similar to Uber but are not transporting people, strictly moving company vehicles from point a to point b. They are buying an existing business, excellent losses (nothing since the early 2000!). The state is requiring filings for form H and E. I am really struggling here to secure coverage for them....any feedback would be fantastic!!!
