Ed,
It will depend upon what level of coverage you need. Foremost will write some DP-1's and DP-3's, but credit is a factor. National Security and National Lloyds also do HO-8's and DP-1's. Appalachian is opening a DP-3 in a non-standard market as soon as they get the software working. Then if it's REALLY junk, try TAPCO.
