Additionally, you might check with Gillingham & Associates/Philadelphia. Their program does outfitters, shooting ranges and white water rafts so sounds like its within their realm of expertise.

Jason, if none of your other options work out, check on Maritime Program Group maritimepg.com or Merrimac merrimacins.com Both write nationwide and handle small to large scale almost anything marine. I am an Agent, those are two of my go to's.
