Are there any good programs for craft wineries and breweries in Washington State?

Jack,

I did a search for you using our Find It tool, you can view the companies that may be able to help here.

I hope this helps!

Jack,

You might check with Markel, they have a winery program.

Hi Jack,

There are many wine programs out there, some you can get to via a wholesaler and others direct.

I specialize in both wineries and breweries, not sure what you are looking for exactly, but I am here in Washington, both licensed and reside. I am also licensed in Oregon. If you would like to talk in more detail feel free to give me a call, since some programs will only look at established wineries or breweries.

Cheers,

I don't have a market for you in WA, but I checked with a friend at Risk Placement Services, Inc in Federal Way, WA. They do have markets for wineries. You can contact them at (800) 247-5851. The underwriter's name is Paul Bedish.

Hope that helps!

Thanks. I am in contact with RPS and they have a program that will help due to a big loss. Travelers middle market is available but for $50,000+ accounts. Liberty Mutual is a market which is the incumbent carrier with another agent and is getting off. Mutual of Enumclaw is a market too.
