We have a large (22 unit) tow truck risk to place and he has already received a quote from NICO. Do you know of other carriers offering better rates in Texas?

That's a tough one, have you tried contacting Lancer Insurance or Sentry to see if they have any markets for towing? You could also approach Progressive however they've been rating pretty high for the towing & trucking risks.

Progressive pulled out of wreckers. The only other players are NICO, Plaza, American States.
