Your feedback brought a smile to my face. Not because you were politely honest about one of our clients, but because you actually voiced your opinion when it wasn't a glowing review.
Too many agents are nervous about reviewing a carrier/wholesaler/broker because they fear it could adversely affect their relationship with that wholesaler.
We created a feedback loop for reviews, but we rarely see less than stellar reviews - most are 5 star reviews. Here is Allrisks review page -

As you can see from Erika's response, companies like Allrisks take your feedback seriously and strive for excellence. But, they cannot solve a problem that they are not aware of.
