Hi Erika, I would respectfully disagree with you about AllRisks. They have a program, however, the response time on quotes is very slow. The underwriter that handles the program tends to not respond in a timely fashion.

Your feedback brought a smile to my face. Not because you were politely honest about one of our clients, but because you actually voiced your opinion when it wasn't a glowing review.

Too many agents are nervous about reviewing a carrier/wholesaler/broker because they fear it could adversely affect their relationship with that wholesaler.

As you can see from Erika's response, companies like Allrisks take your feedback seriously and strive for excellence. But, they cannot solve a problem that they are not aware of.
