CITA Insurance Services (a division of Brown and Brown Program Insurance Services Inc.) welcomes the arrival of Melissa Kaprocki in the role of Accounting Leader. Melissa brings a wealth of background to the position having spent the past couple of years on the Brown and Brown Financial and IT Operations Internal Audit team as a leader.
Having recently obtained her CPA License, Melissa brings a highly educated and focused background to our business. Her ability to lead the Brown and Brown Financial Audit team will be valuable to the Operational Leadership role that Melissa has also recently assumed. Melissa also has a Masters of Accountancy from Stetson University and also has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Central Florida, where she was on the Dean’s List.
