Legacy Worldwide Professional Liability Programs Join the Amwins Program Underwriters Family

As part of last year’s Worldwide Facilities acquisition, the Worldwide Professional Liability Programs (AdvisersGold, CPAGold, Firemark, and LawGold) joined the Amwins Underwriting Division.

Effective April 1, 2022, these four professional liability programs will be part of the Amwins Underwriting operating company, Amwins Program Underwriters. The programs will continue to be based out of the Maywood, NJ office.

Below are details on the programs (including links to their respective web pages)

AdvisersGold – E&O coverage for Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) firms with AUM up to $750M
CPAGold – E&O coverage for mid-sized Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and accounting firms with 1-50 employees
Firemark – E&O coverage for Intellectual Property law firms with 1-40 attorneys
LawGold – E&O coverage for attorneys and law firms with 1-40 attorneys

Distribution: Retail agents & Amwins brokers

Carriers: Rated A+, XV

Availability: All U.S. states – CPAGold and LawGold are admitted in most states. AdvisersGold and Firemark are non-admitted in most states.
