Group Dental Insurance for TX

These dental plans offer the right blend of choice and cost-savings features. Employers may choose from a set of indemnity or PPO-MAC plans to fit their needs.

Our Texas PPO Dental plans are designed for high network usage, and provide members with access to two PPO networks. Services received from a non-network provider are based on a set fee schedule.

IndemnityPlus is BEST Life's indemnity plan that offers access to a PPO network. The same benefit levels apply in or out-of-network and members can take advantage of out-of-pocket savings when they receive care from a network dental provider. Basic and rich plan designs are also available along with child and adult orthodontia.

Implants and posterior composites are standard on PPO Dental and IndemnityPlus, regardless of group size.

Voluntary Dental Plans

If your group cannot meet the participation requirements of our employer-contributory plans, it may qualify for the voluntary option of our dental products. Our voluntary plans only require a minimum of five employees enrolling and 20% participation.

In addition to offering the same plan designs as our employer-contributory plans, voluntary plans allow employers the opportunity to offer a low-cost dental package to employees at no additional cost to the employer.
