Coverage for claims alleging wrongful employment practices violations is also included.

The Public Officials Liability Insurance also provides coverage for backwages, discrimination, wrongful termination, defense for non-monetary claims, issuance or denial of permits and licenses, and EPLI coverage extended to law enforcement/fire fighting personnel. Defense may be offered outside the limit of liability.
