• Complete vehicle schedule including radius of operation.
• Expiring premiums (3 years).
• Fuel tax records
• Management documents including: Driver Hiring and Firing Procedures, Safety and Maintenance Manual, Spill Control Plan, Emergency Response Plan, Carrier Security Program, Trip Lease Agreements.
