Product Information

  • The definition of "Wrongful Act" encompasses personal and advertising injury. This expands coverage to include allegations of false arrest, malicious prosecution, slander, libel, defamation, etc.
  • Independent contractors are covered under the terms of the policy, so long as they are operating at the direction of the insured.
  • Punitive damages are specifically included, where insurable by law.
  • Defense of licensing proceedings are included as a coverage enhancement.
  • General Liability insurance available as an optional coverage. An additional premium applies.
  • A short-form, self-rating application is available to simplify the submission process (certain restrictions apply).

    Fox Point Programs maintains agency appointments with a number of insurance companies that specialize in Errors and Omissions. Having access to multiple markets allows us to tailor coverage to fit the unique needs of each submission. All of our carrier partners are rated "A" (Excellent) or better by A.M. Best for their financial stability and claims-paying ability.
