• Maximum operating radius: 500 miles (no exceptions).
• Less than 100,000 annual miles per vehicle.
• Satisfactory FMCSA safety scores and reviews.
• Minimum physical damage deductible: $1,000.
• Applicants are subject to inspection.
• Drivers: at least 25 years old, hold a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) for a minimum of 3 years, and no major violations in the last 3 years.
