We have updated and improved our Home Inspector Liability program. Here at Intercorp we know what is important to a home inspector; so with our new features, added coverages, and updated forms, we are able to provide your client with what they need.

Here are some of our updated policy features:
• Improved terms for extended reporting period and lower ERP rates
• Enhanced description of coverage provided within the definition of Home Inspection Services
• Up to $5,000 in Defense Expense Reimbursement for disciplinary proceedings
• Automatic additional insured status for any referral person or organization Our coverages offered include:
• Fungus and mold
• Lead or lead by-products
• Wood destroying organisms (termites and more)
• Radon or natural gases
• Swimming pool, hot tub or spas
• Full GL policy with an admitted carrier Our coverages are not only broad but also very reasonably priced. The knowledgeable and experienced staff we have are able to provide same day or next day quotes and/or policies.

To get a same day quote all we need is:
• Application
• Resume history if under less than 2 years of years’ experience as a home inspector or in a related field

Our program is focused on residential home inspectors; however we are able to accommodate up to 25% commercial inspections in eligible classes.
