ICRMT Insurance Program

For over 30 Years the Illinois Counties Risk Management Trust has been providing insurance and risk management services to Public Entities in Illinois.  Under administration by IPMG since 1997, the ICRMT insurance program has grown to represent over 290 entities including nearly half of all Illinois Counties.  ICRMT brings all of the coverages your client needs with all of the services you expect.


The ICRMT provides all lines of coverage for:

  • County Health Departments 
  • County Nursing Homes
  • Municipalities including the associated utility operations.
  • Townships
  • Public Schools
  • Special Districts

Our relationship with the Public Agency Training Council (PATC) gives our law enforcement agencies access to on line training for officers, policy and procedure management and on site consultation from one of the country's leading law enforcement consulting firms. 

 IPMG's In-Sight claims management system provides access to both clients and agents to view specific claims, provide reporting and to interact with our dedicated adjusters, nurse case managers and risk management staff.
