J.M. Wilson can offer SBA Bonds (Small Business Administration) through the SBA Bond Guarantee Program.

This program is specifically designed for new contractors of small to medium size who are not able to secure bonding through the standard bond marketplace.

the SBA Bond program supports 80-90% of the bond penalty, which decreases the risk for the surety company and affords more opportunity for contractors who meet the SBA program qualifications.

There are some financial statement requirements that must be met to fit this SBA Bond program:

Projects up to $500,000 - In-house financials are acceptable
Projects $500,000 to $1,000,000 - CPA compilation is required
Projects $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 - CPA review is required
