Ideal Accounts and Appetite
This program targets professionals and small businesses with revenues up to $15 million. It is particularly well suited to consultants, creative professionals, service providers, and support roles across industries. Popular target classes include:
- Accountants, bookkeepers, and tax preparers

Some other classes (for example, caterers, tour operators, and landscape architects) are eligible for coverage but are not eligible for our preferred package.

- Defense outside the limits, a softened hammer clause (75/25), and other insured-friendly terms
Underwriting Notes and Deductibles
Underwriting is flexible and pragmatic. Typical deductible options include:
- E&O deductibles starting at $0
- General liability deductible of $0
- Property deductibles starting at $1,000
MAXIMUM does not write accounts that perform licensed legal, medical, or financial-fiduciary services. Examples of generally ineligible classes include attorneys, medical professionals, title agents, payroll processors, and similar regulated professions.
