Restoration Contractors

Commercial General Liability (CGL) and/or Contractors Pollution Liability (CPL) for risks primarily involved in water extraction, emergency response contracting, mold remediation and other similar categories. For contractors primarily involved in reconstruction/restoration work we can only consider Monoline Contractors Pollution Liability (no CGL) and will require proof of separate CGL with an A rated Carrier.

Standard Limits:

Base limits are $1,000,000 per occurrence with a $1,000,000 policy aggregate (lower limits also available)
Higher limits can be considered.

Minimum Deductible:

Deductibles start at $2,500 for CGL and $5,000 for CPL.

Minimum Premium:

Starting at $4,000 for CPL and $6,000 for CGL/CPL.

* This is a brief outline only. Occurrence form CPL and/or CGL is not available for some exposures/risks. Mold coverage extension is not offered for all risks. Security and coverage availability will vary depending on exposure, risk factors & location. The minimum premium is the base for the smallest eligible risk. Taxes and Fees are in addition to premium. Prior Acts (retroactive) coverage requires proof of comparable continuous claims made coverage and is subject to underwriting approval. Some risks may be offered limited retroactive coverage or in some cases no retroactive coverage.
