The program is open to contractors that are involved in new construction, remodeling and tenant improvements, including new residential home building.

Market Focus:

Artisan Contractors General Liability program focused on small to medium artisan contractors with less than $1,000,000 annual payroll.

Eligible Risks:

• New construction on residential & commercial projects, including new single family homes.
• Repair or remodeling of residential & commercial projects.
• 75% or more of the exposure in approved class codes.

Ineligible Risks:

• New construction of condominiums, condominiums conversions & townhouses (some exceptions).
• Any structures/work greater than 3 stories (some exceptions).
• Risks with exposure to process piping, blasting, landfills, tunneling, “emergency systems,” public utilities, and other similar extra hazardous exposures.
