Destination Resorts include everything from a small Mom and Pop lodge with cabins hosting families on vacation to a world class resort catering to the rich, the famous and corporate clientele. We do not consider motels or roadside lodging a destination resort. Destination resorts are usually rural in nature and guests are there to partake in the resort's recreational activities or activities in the surrounding area (national parks, rivers and lakes or winter sports). Most guests stay for 3 days or more. In addition to horseback riding, shooting sports and boating activities, the resort may have its own golf course, tennis facility or marina.

Resorts of this nature often have significant property values, frame and unprotected, equipped with a commercial kitchen(s) and conference center. If the resort is on a lake, we can satisfy the need for Marina Operators Legal Liability. Marine policies are also available for boats or fleets of boats. Liquor liability is available. Large auto schedules include buses and vans used to transport guests. Umbrella liability limits are available.
