Small Account Workers Compensation Insurance

PRM Small Account Workers' Compensation Program is for smaller accounts within defined classes meeting eligibility guidelines with premium from $1,000 to $100,000 with carrier with A.M. Best Rating of A XV to B+ VII 

Minimum Premium:
  • $1,000 minimum premium
  • $1,000 to $100,000 premium range
 
Required for a Quote:
  • Complete ACORD Application: (with FEIN) Must be Signed and Dated.
  • PRM Supplemental Application: Must be Signed and Dated.

  • Minimum 4 years, preferably 5 years of Loss Runs (Currently Valued within 90 days of effective date).

  • 4 years of Historical Aggregate Payroll.
  • Current X-Mod Worksheet (if available).
  • Detail reports for losses over $50K.
  • Thorough Description of operations.
  • Bureau Inspection Report (If available).
  • We accept submissions no earlier than 90 days prior to effective date!
