With a combined GL and PL policy, Construction Managers have a more clear-cut definition of their coverage and will have fewer questions about where a claim would lie.  Finger pointing between the General Liability Company or the Professional Liability Company should be reduced.

Joint General Liability and Professional Liability coverage that helps eliminates the hassles of having separate policies.  This product was tailored specifically with the Construction Manager in mind, and is supported by our best in class claims handling. 
 
Building on the innovative combined product are two program enhancements defined as Subpoena Expense and Disciplinary Proceedings Expense. If a lawsuit or subpoena is served, ProSight wants to jump in early, figure out what’s going on and help out so that CMs can focus on their task at hand.
