A key feature to ProSight’s Luxury Home Builders program is a competitively priced, proprietary pricing structure that’s executed on a per start basis and not on commonly offered ISO payroll and subcontractor costs. The program also includes coverage for qualified general contractors performing both residential and commercial remodeling. The program targets risks that subcontract 70% or more of their labor and material costs.
 
And while most standard carriers exclude critical Commercial General Liability extension forms or opt to include them individually for additional premium, ProSight’s Luxury Home Builders program provides a full range of built-in coverage enhancements and important liability extension endorsements that include:
 
• Blanket Waiver of Subrogation
 
• Primary and Non-Contributory language
 
• Broad Blanket Additional Insured
 
• Per Project Limits
 
All this, in conjunction with risk control and claim management professionals, enables ProSight to help residential contractors control their liability exposures and protect the business they worked so hard to build and preserve.
